Eco Bath London Ltd’s terms and conditions shall apply to all sales transactions between Eco Bath London Company and any person or company ("the Purchaser") placing an order. Eco Bath London by accepting any order for goods from the purchaser agrees to sell and the Purchaser agrees to purchase such Goods at the price stated on Eco bath London’s retail website and on the sole basis of the terms and conditions of Eco Bath London stated herein.

Enviromental Policy 

The Environmental Policy of Eco Bath London Ltd (“the Company”) is to ensure so far as it is reasonably practicable that its operations will be carried out with a commitment to protecting and enhancing the environment. The same commitment will be expected to be shown by contractors working for the company.

This is a fundamental principle of Eco Bath London Ltd. business.

Eco Bath London aims to establish a high priority of its principles in the corporate strategy. Concern and awareness for the environment is the responsibility of the Company Directors. Eco Bath London therefore seeks to comply with all relevant environmental legislation and regulation.  It also aims to establish higher standards of environmental performance where these are practicable and appropriate. Eco Bath London’s employees have a legal and moral obligation to carry out their duties with concern for the environment. It is a condition of employment that all staff comply with this Environmental Policy.

Ethics & Certification

When it comes to the creation and choosing of our stock lines, at Eco Bath London, we believe in not only offering you the best, but also supplying you with products, which are ethically made from sustainable sources. That is why we are proud to say that none of our Eco Bath London products are tested on animals. Even with our product lines, we strive to ensure that no animal has been harmed or tested on during its creation. All of our organic cotton products are been certified by either GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) or ECOCERT – IMO (Institute for Marketecology)  who are  highly experienced and internationally recognized  bodies for the inspection, certification and quality control of organic, eco-friendly and socially-responsible products from harvesting of the raw materials through environmentally and socially responsible manufacturing all the way to labelling in order to provide credible assurance to the consumer.


Eco Bath London is committed to take environmental responsibility to help saving our planet. All our packaging been manufactured from recycled materials. In most cases we reuse boxes, materials received from deliveries. We also recycle our excess cardboard boxes and turn them into packaging materials so your products don't get damaged. Please remember that any cardboard packaging from us can be recycled or compos.


All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication, are quoted in pounds sterling and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. The price does not include the delivery of the order to the Purchaser. This is an additional cost, unless otherwise stated.

Secure Online Payment

The Eco Bath London provides a secure payment system by utilising the services of Sage Pay Europe Ltd. for all online payments. Payments can be submitted online using protocol 128 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer), the strongest commercially available level of encryption. The private data of the Purchaser will be encrypted at all times whilst in transit over the Internet.


We currently accept orders from all over the world. Eco Bath London Company will make every effort to despatch orders within two working days of receipt. We always dispatch orders by next day service (England & Wales) (2-3 day delivery service for Scotland & Northern Ireland) using DPD or TNT couriers. International customers should contact us for delivery charges as these charges vary from one country to another. Customer will receive a remainder email from the courier company as soon as the order been dispatched. Additional to that customer will receive a text message or email the expected delivery time DPD  will attempt delivery and if the recipient is not at home a card will be left with written instructions asking them to contact their local depot to re-arrange delivery or to collect. It is then the recipient's responsibility to contact the courier and re-arrange delivery or collection. It is the Purchasers responsibility to ensure that a recipient or representative is present to sign for the delivery. If the delivery is returned to Eco Bath London after a few unsuccessful attempts for delivery, purchaser will be charged for re-delivery.
